HPL laminate

The countertop is made of water-repellent chipboard (class E1) lined with high-pressure laminate (HPL). The decorative sheet, which is obtained from layers of melamine impregnated with special thermosetting resins, is subjected to a combination of heat (>= 120 °C) and high pressure (>= 5 MPa), giving the finished product mechanical resistance and chemical resistance, ease of use and maintenance. The countertop edge variance include: post-formed side edges, square profile or with a beveled profile and a 1 mm ABS plastic edge. HPL countertop can have different appearances depending on the workmanship and the chosen finish that makes such countertop suitable for both classic and modern models.
