2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
- In-Stock Items: Products available in our U.S. warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Made-to-Order & European Imports: Products that are custom-made or imported from Europe have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 months. These timelines are subject to change based on production and international shipping conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product size, and weight.
- Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders, which will be indicated at checkout.
- Any additional shipping fees, such as expedited shipping or special handling, will be displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
- Oversized or fragile items may require special shipping arrangements.
6. Delivery & Inspection
- Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before signing the receipt.
- If the item is damaged or defective, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- Failure to report damages within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, unexpected delays can occur due to supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable factors.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
