Eames Coffee Table is a square table in Carrara marble.‎ Available in various variants.‎ In 1949, Charles and Ray Eames planned a coffee table as a special outfitting for their own home, the unbelievable Eames House in Pacific Palisades, close to Los Angeles.‎ Ever since, the table has added to the one of a kind stylistic theme of this memorable home interior.‎ The rectangular table top, which gives a synchronous impression of effortlessness and extravagance, was initially shrouded in gold leaf.‎ Its dowel-leg base is a variety of the wooden base found on the Eames Plastic Chairs.‎ In the next years, Charles and Ray Eames delivered two a greater amount of these tables with various tops, one in marble and the other in wood.‎ The re-version of the Eames Coffee Table, which was created by Vitra in participation with the Eames Office, brings out the soul of the mid oddball pieces: manufactured in dazzling materials, this excellent coffee table is both valuable article and utilitarian furnishing.‎ The square or rectangular table tops are made of palisander facade, marble or strong American walnut.‎ The base, consolidating wooden legs with metal cross-swaggers, gives a stable understructure and accentuates the downplayed polish of the Eames Coffee Table.‎ Materials: – Table top: strong American pecan with oiled completion or Carrara marble, brushed and waxed.‎ – Base platform: MDF board.‎ – Base: strong debris, nectar hued or dark completion; steel bar cross swaggers, powder-covered in essential dark.‎ – Origin of wood: debris (Fraxinus excelsior) from Western Europe as well as Poland; American pecan (Juglans nigra) from the USA.‎
