Kitchen cabinets with painted UV lacquer doors have emerged thanks to the development of new technologies. In such doors, the lacquer does not wear off and the glossy surface has become resistant to loss of colour over time and to all kinds of mechanical damage. UV lacquer is an excellent alternative to traditional painted glossy or matt enamel doors. This technology considerably reduces the time required to manufacture such a door, which lowers its cost and considerably increases the durability of the surface. The pattern of the board is given by the laminated paper applied to the MDF. The manufacturing process consists of cutting the already coated board and then laminating the edges with colour- identical edging materials on laser laminating machines.
